Where are you located?

We have been trading as a home delivery service for nearly 5 years, predominantly on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We now also have a physical store in Neutral Bay. Please visit the contact section of our website for the address and directions.

What do I add to my Cornish Pasties?

Pasties (especially the Cornish Pasties) are a perfect handheld meal in one, with succulent beef & three different types of veggies. Some people like red or brown sauce. You can even enjoy a pasty as an incredible winter dinner with creamy mustard mash & gravy.

How do I store my frozen pasties?

To keep your pasties at their best, store them in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them. When ready, simply follow our cooking instructions for a piping hot treat.

Are your pasties gluten-free?

While we currently don’t offer gluten-free options, we’re always exploring new possibilities. Stay tuned for menu updates.

Can I customise the ingredients in my pasty?

Sorry, you can’t. We carefully curated our pasties with signature ingredients. However, we appreciate feedback and may consider expanding our offerings in the future.

Do you do other stuff?

Absolutely! Our Scotch eggs feature delectable pork sausage meat rolled in Panko breadcrumbs. Our Pork Pies, crafted with traditional hand-raised hot-water crust pastry, are seasoned to Mrs. Birds’ exacting standards.

How do I place an order for home delivery or store pick-up?

Visit the shop section of our website, browse the menu, and check delivery availability. Select a delivery day (Tues-Thurs), or pick up in-store with a 24-hour turnaround.

How long do the pasties stay fresh in the freezer?

We advise consuming frozen items within 3 months of purchase.

Are your frozen pasties actually any good? I get put off by frozen food.

Totally understandable! We make frozen goods to order, locking in freshness by freezing immediately. All ingredients are prepared fresh and sealed for optimal quality.

Do you offer catering services for events?

Yes! Please contact us with your event details. We can even provide pie-warmers so your guests can enjoy their food hot.
