Refund Process

Refund Options
Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the same account. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items

a. Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for perishable items that have been consumed or partially consumed.
b. Gift Cards and Vouchers: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
